You are responsible for investigating any and all claims made by prospective vacation property owners or agents. You assume all responsibility and liability for use of any information you on CCV. CCV, its agents, officers, and operators assume no responsibility and make no warrant to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the pages on CCV. 

Each property, whether listed by an individual property owner or its agent,  sets its own Refund/Cancellation Policies – CCV  recommends that renters obtain a written notice of the Refund/Cancellation policy from the property owner or it’s agent   CCV  is not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.

The information contained in all CCV web pages in not confirmed or warranted by any party.  The confirmation of accuracy of the information published on CCV website is the sole responsibility of the renting party.

Rental inquires are delivered via Internet email and are not to be considered private. Internet e-mail delivery is not 100% reliable and CCV cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered inquiries. We suggest a follow up phone call if there is no e-mail response.

nor qualifying vacationers, transacting renter money, or in any other form related to the transactions between property owner and renter.

CCV, it’s officers, directors, owners is/are not responsible in any way for any content, agreement, communication, accuracy of any of the listings on the CCV website.
