PROPERTY OWNERS/AGENTS
Property Owners and/or their agents are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information on their property listing(s).  Qualification of all renters is the sole responsibility of the property owner or agent.  This site is designed to list one property per location. Property owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.

All CCV listings run on an annual basis.  CCV is only able to offer a partial refund once your first listing is online. Sorry, but no refunds on second or subsequent listings, so please take this into account when you are adding multiple properties.

If you are dissatisfied with your initial CCV listing for ANY REASON during the first 30 days of service, CCV will happily cancel your listing and send you a full refund, less a $20 service charge. 

Refunds are only available for your first CCV listing during the first 30 days of service. Refunds are not available on your second or subsequent listings. Please take this into account prior to adding additional listings.

You can send your refund request to us by email and we will permanently remove your property from your account. 

If you renew your listing at any time, you do so with the understanding that it will remain online for one full year without refund.

REMOVING YOUR PROPERTY FROM THE MARKET
If you need to temporarily inactivate your CCV listing, please send us an email with the details and we will temporarily remove it from the web site and reactivate it at a future date during your paid annual term. Your renewal date will not be extended due to the period of time the property is off the market.  However, if you wish to remove your listing permanently, you may delete your listing at any time.

SPAMMING POLICY
SPAMMING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and CCV reserves the right to cancel (without refund) any member that undertakes SPAM activities with other members.  CCV is the sole judge in determining what constitutes SPAM.

ACCEPTABLE CONTENT
By using or continuing to use the services of CCV, you agree to the terms and conditions of these policies. These policies are established in order to preserve a fair and orderly site for the advertisement of vacation rental properties AND in order to maintain a "family safe" environment.  Note that these policies are subject to periodic review and may be updated at any time.

All content must be "family safe" and "G" rated. Ads may not contain vulgarity, or comments related to violence, hate, or references of a sexual nature. All such references are not considered acceptable content and usage of them may cause the listing to be removed WITHOUT NOTICE. In the case of disputed content, the operators of this site will be the final judge as to the appropriateness of the content. 

CCV reserves the right to reject or edit any ad submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on the CCV web site, it becomes the property of CCV and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the CCV web site without written permission.

If the operators of CCV are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither CCV or its operators, officers or owners cannot be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid by the client for the services which were not provided.

CCV does not guarantee that the CCV web site will be available 100% of the time.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario Canada any and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada, disregarding conflicts of law, forum and venue.

CCV, it’s officers, directors, owners is/are not responsible in any way for any content, agreement, communication, accuracy of any of the listings on the CCV website.

As a registered owner or user of the site, you’ll receive informative newsletters from time to time. You may opt out of receiving these at any time - just send us an email.

PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy!  We promise that we will never sell, share or otherwise cause to be made public any of your personal, except that your personal data may be disclosed if we or an entity processing your data on our behalf are compelled to do so by law, or receive a valid, legally compliant request by a law enforcement or governmental authority.
